ClaimsAgent B.V. provides its Software Service exclusively to lawyers and other professionals appointed by the judiciary as trustees or administrators in insolvency proceedings, as well as to their colleagues and assistants working under their supervision. The relevant conditions are available on request and must be accepted prior to the use of this Software Service.
